Step 1: Submit your form in either .pdf .doc. .xml format. 

Step 2: Once we receive your form we usually need less than 7 days to configure the form for you, then you will be sent a unique “key” to download the form.

Step 3: After 14 days we will contact you and ensure you’re totally happy with your new Shadow Form and see if any changes/improvements are required.
